Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation. We will send you an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Domestic Shipping: Delivery in more than 3 business days.

Express Domestic Shipping: Delivery within 3 business days.

European Shipping

For orders to Europe, we also offer two shipping options:

Standard European Shipping: Delivery in more than 5 business days.

Express European Shipping: Delivery within 5 business days.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe.

Shipping Costs

National and European shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure your orders are delivered on time. However, under exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or delays in delivery services, delivery delays may occur. In case of prolonged delays, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Tracking

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If the shipping company provides us with a tracking number, we will provide it to you in the same email to monitor the shipment's status.
